I just want to strangle them!

Been working with a new team for a month. It started out great! they were hyper, lots of activities lined up, and things looked wonderful. Now out of the blue, 3 have resigned, 2 more planning on leaving, and I haven't even cracked the whip yet. A whole bunch of immature idiots, who feel that the office is ther for them and not for them to work for the office! Its frustrating and its irritating. Now i have to live with them for the next 30 days, before they head off. Man. What should i do? just get rid of the bunch of them? or try to make something happen?!
