Torn between two jobs

I am in the midst of decision-making today until tomorrow morning. Right now I love my job, not to pressured, enough salary and a very understanding boss but here comes an offer that's too hard to refuse to. My present salary will be increased 30% plus I get to save like 10% from my daily expenses because of the free food and the workplace is a hundred meters away. Problem with this is I can't be so sure if I will be granted a working permit in this new job while in my current job, that's not an issue at all.

Why is it not for sure that you'll get a permit for the new job!? I don't really understand that system.

I'm working abroad and work permits are a must for security. I don't have an Education diploma and that deprives me from getting the teacher's license that is required in obtaining a work permit.Did I answer your question?
