wanna know more about red eared sliders(res)

hi guys, I am having a turtle a red eared slider as apet for the past 1 year.it is a very cute thing to have as a pet with minimum of fuss.They are originally from SINGAPORE I guess I was told so by the turtle shop owner.Actually in Mumbai it is illegal to sell them(its ok if kept as pets)since they are endangered.they eat absolutely anything veg non-veg etc.If some of u guys can help me i wanted to know more about their common diseases and it's prevention and cure as my res is not keeping well from last 2 days.I contacted the pet shop owner for the same but he was not able to give me a good response as he was not aware of it since he sells them illegally.I also tried to search on some websites but there was not much descriptive matter.So guys please help me.
