How fresh is Red Lobster their food?

I have never work in the restaurant industry in my life, not even McDonald or any fast food. I've worked in a grocery store for 5 years. Anyway, I lived in the midwest and I've dine at Red Lobster but how fresh are their food? Especially in the midwest? I have never really had a bad experience with their food. I'm just curious and are there certain day new supply comes in?

well i have eaten there quite a few times, but once i did in fact get food poisoning from there and at that time, i had a friend who worked there and he said it was a common occurance!

I live in Southern Louisiana and close to the Gulf Coast. Our restaurants here get fresh seafood and that is what is served. To me, Red Lobster's seafood doesn't have much flavor. I also assumed it was shipped in frozen. Anybody know for sure? Good question!
