My boss sent me and some of my officemates to a John Maxwell leadership seminar that is live via satellite from Edsa Shangrila Hotel. The live telecast was presented at the Philamlife Theater and going was there was worth it because I learned so much from it. John Maxwell is a very good speaker and the following are just some of the things I learned. Attitudes determine your actions in life and that we all have to decide to develop a positive and winning attitude. He also said that leaders are good listeners and true leaders are followed nt because of their position but because of respect.
