The Don'ts and Do's in Establishing and Managing a Business

As young as 21 years old, together with my friends, I venture out into photography, lay-outing, and graphics design business. Our business will be one month this June 18, 2008. We had our opening last May 18, 2008. I realized that it's not easy as counting 123 when you are putting up a business. Can anybody tell me, if you have experienced on business, what are the best things to do in managing a business. Also, what are the things I should avoid in running this business. Thank you so much.
