which sports can exercise abdominal muscle?

I find abdominal muscle is hard to exercise.Who can tell me the shorcut to exercise?

Well, you know, I do Tai Chi, and my master always tell us that the best way to build up your abs is to jump! Yes, to jump. So, you can run and jump in your house (try to touch the roof or something) some 30 or so times a day. Another sport that I practice and I think is great for any kind of excersise is swimming. it's especially good for your heart and lungs.
