Do you drink Tea with lunch or not?

I usually drink tea with food, I admire tea very much, I heard that it decrease the absorption of iron and other minerals. What type of drink you have with lunch? Is it healthy? can you complete your lunch without it?

I take lunch with cold drinks.Tea is for the evening.For tea time.

Hello,...... tea is good for heath,it is right but we should not drink tea with meals.it is good for breakfast and evening snacks.i prefer a glass of vegetable juice with meals,and not tea.thanx.

I am not interested in tea very much. I seldom drink tea. Sometimes I will just drink flower tea as it tastes and smells better. I don't have a habit to drink tea with a meal. I love China
