friendster for promote

i think friendster features is an effective things to promote or to increase our web or blog traffic. usually i use several features from friendster.com to promote or increasing my blog traffic and visitors. post bulletin for example, after i posting a new one on my blog, i always posting it again in post bulletin of friendster. hoping to all my friend will read my post bulletin and will come to my blog. friendster.com have a blog menu too. i create the blog in friendster too. usually, i only posting one paragraph and linked to my blog. what do you think..?
