what is the best way to diet?

After my pregnancy, I can't get back my weight. Before I weigh less than 100pounds and this time even I reduced my meal still I feel my pounds never gets down but found getting heavy and heavier.

This is the common problem for most of the women, after pregnancy, the weight will not get reduced.. And also most of the women used to be in diet, you know by controling your diet, you will not get your weight reduced, instead, your weight will get it increased, due to the formation of Gas. AT this point of time, you better to consult the doctor, what will be suit for your body conditions.. The doctors usually advised the people like you, -- Do not reduce the food from the existing level -- but eat the same quantity in 4 or 5 times with the gab of 1 to 1 and half hours.. -- Eat small quantity of food every time.. -- do some of the easy exercises to control your stomach and unwanted skins from your body. -- Eat nutrition food -- Eat more protein and Carbohydrate items. -- Took more liquid food.. and much more things which you can easily able to follow.. So, try to consult the doctor, and follow the above easy steps to control your body, and even reduced your weight.. but do not be in diet, do not reduce your regular food, this will spoil your health, you will be affected a lot in future in different forms..
