Prayers and postive thoughts needed / myLot

Joey is a 19 yr old boy. He was working in Toronto at a construction site and he got hit in the back of the head with a 500pd I beam, which forced his face into the grinder he was working with and it broke his nose, jaw and cheekbone. They had to do surgery to remove plastic from his hard hat that entered 2 1/2 inches into the back of his head. His brain is/was swelling and bleeding from both lobes and he's on life support at Sunnybroook. I got this news yesterday regarding the son of a very good friend of mine back home....there was a horrible accident the day before and Joey WAS in critical condition BUT has been transfered to I.C.U HOWEVER he is still in pretty rough shape and has a road and a half ahead of him... i would greatly apprectiate any positive vibes, prayers etc passed their way if at all possible...thanks so much in advance!!

Thanks Tessah, and I'll be doing that when I go downstairs to my computer.. *UPDATE*.....I got a message from his dad last night and Joey (LOL this made me giggle) was asking his dad to just wheel him the hell out of there. Apparently he's not fully aware of the fact that a chunk of his skull is NOT on his head....He is out of Critical Care and into ICU and the doctors are calling him a miracle because he is recovering so incredibly fast..He's communicating, recognized ppl etc etc....Right now thats all I know other than the fact that his family is breathing a bit easier which is good... THANK YOU ALL

for showing concern and doing your thing whether its praying, sending positive vibes etc etc....Please continue if you dont mind since he's really not fully out of the woods just yet..

I am so sorry to hear about this terrible accident. Yes prayers is what needed right now. Please to give regards to the family. Lord as we come before you this day, please to send your healing angels over this young son of yours. Comfort his family in this time of need. These and all I ask through Jesus Christ. Amen. He is definitely in my prayers. What an awful thing to happen to someone, anyone. My father works construction, and though he's never had anything as major as this happen to him, he can vouch for the fact that construction isn't the saest of professions/

Oh Raven, my mother's heart just broke reading this! And after my recent experience with the power of prayer circles and positive thoughts, I gladly return the favor a hundred fold! I will open my pipeline to the big Guy in the Sky for you and this young man and his family. Promise!
