when my computer crashed a couple days ago I lost all my programs. Nero burning rom was one of them. I went to download.com to try to download nero smartstart but its not downloading for some reason. does anyone know why it would do this or another place where I can download it???

What specific error are you encountering? I just tried downloading the trial version and its working fine. Maybe check your disk space or firewall settings if its blocked or something. What browser are you using? If your using firefox with noscript addon, maybe the site is blocked.

I am using internet explorer, I don't use firefox, I still have alot of disc space and no firewalls on. nothing is happening when i hit download.

i tried downloading free installer from nero.com 5 months ago but it doesn't work. i am lucky because i have an installer, a free from the company when i bought my computer. if you want to download again the nero burn, much better if you borrow installer from your friend or buy it online.
