1.tofu 2.tomato 3.spinach 4.mushroom 5.brown rice 6.papaya 7.green tea 8.oatmeal 9.brocoli 10.pummelo Do you like them? Which kind of food you eat often?

Hie lieutenant, I like all but occasionally on brown rice and rarely on oatmeal. Is no. 10 - pomelo/.If it is I like that too. Guess if I mix the rice with the tofu, tomato,spinach, mushroom, broccoli and fried them, it will be a tasty fried rice. And servings of papaya and pomelo with some green tea. That will turn out to be very appetizing. The oat meal will have to be saved for breakfast then. Not a bad combination you have got there and it's healthy, surely will help to keep the weight down. You must a good cook in your family,I must try to mix the rice with tofu,tomato,spinach,mushroom,brocooli and fried them,the deal must be toothsome,besides,add a cup of tea.Cheers,

LOL..nahhhhhh, I hardly cook nowadays. It's just that combination is interesting and I don't mind though to add egg or chicken meat to enhance the flavor further :) Now it looks like really mixed up fried rice..lol Hope you enjoy experimenting it.

maybe less rice and control what you've eat even before.. You slowly eat less step by step because when you don't eat right away maybe you will get sick..

All kinds of vegies and fruits are healthy. It's good to don't eat much salt too.
