Have you STARTED atleast one DISSCUSSION in every INTEREST that you JOINED ?

After I have created my profile it says that interests be added, I just don't have any idea what do mean and I added everything which to me I'm kinda interested in. When I started joining the discussions I found out that I have already made several interests in my lists so I choose to the one which is closes to me and every now then I stick to that area. I think its a good idea to respond to categories not participated by me ever (yep, many of these categories I havent been into), I will give it a try to give at least one post on every area. Great suggestion here mtsandeep. :)

No, I haven't. And I haven't joined all the discussions from my interests too. There are too many of them and I only respond to topics that I want which I have some ideas to share. It's very difficult for me to join all the discussion. I don't have much time online so I just choose some discussions I could join in a day. That's a very good goal for you. To start a discussion in every interest that you have joined. That's a challenge I think and I hope you could make it. I support you for that. I know you have been having fun here in mylot that you are very much motivated to do that. Keep posting my friend!

i think by now i have started in every interest that i added. actually it may be the case taht i have started more in one or two, but at least one in all that is added. i do not have much also.

well to be honest i post discussions only in a handful of interests.i've added so many interests but posted discussions only in few.

Well I added a lot of interests but I don't actually post on every one of them. My first good discussion was on "depression", after that I explored new topics, such as "life", "people", "cellphone", "computers" etc. After that, those interest topics are all that I've visited often. I still have a lot of interests that do not have a single post. Hehe. The interests topics that suit me most received every bit of my myLot time.^^

I have just too many added interest to make a discussion about every one of them. Although I like few things but not so much to make own topics about. That's why some of my interests will never have my own topic about it. Cheers and happy myloting.

I have started trying as well but I find that some of these interests just don't spark a topic for me. I mostly do mylot, people, life, cooking and a couple others but there alot I haven't done!

I have never thought about this. But now I am thinking about it. Thanks to you. I have lots of interests under my list. However, I have never started at least one discussion in most of the interests on my list. But thank you for reminding me about it. Maybe I should give that a try.

My answer is no. I think I need to consider this idea. Lately I really find it hard to find new discussions to post. So it might be easier if I will check each of the interests that I chose and draw a discussion from it. Thanks and I'll try to start tomorrow.

I have only started a few discussion, no more than 10. So I have not covered all the categories that I am in, but my discussion do vary. So I have neither started a discussion in every interest, but I do not stick to just one or two as I usually think of the discussion/question before thinking of the interest group.

There are so many different interests that I don't think it is easy to start at least one discussion in every one of them. Anyway, you don't have to be fanatical about something and start a whole lot of discussions to be interested enough in it to want to know when someone else has something to say about it. Since you're here to make money (as I believe many people are), it might be helpful to branch out because then you can make more friends. More friends means more people that can be notified when you say something profound means more responses means more money. Great, isn't it?

Wow. That would be a major undertaking for me. I literally have hundreds of interests listed here, and to have a discussion on each one would take months. Maybe I should make that my goal though. I think you've given me an idea...now how to keep track of them.

I have so many interest added in here but I did not try to have discussion of them all. I just pick in there the most talk of.. I mean popular field that most people would easily react to. Good luck to you.

Seriously speaking.. I never thought of this fact ever. When i started using mylot in the early days, I added some interests in my list and started some discussions. Later i started adding interestes as i would reply to discussions corresponding to those interest categories. Infact I have not started a single discussion since around a month. I come here perhaps once in 2 days or even if i caome daily, i would respond to some 2 or 3 discussions or may b 5 at a max and then log off. actually, I don't get time to surf internet much in the office and i don't have any other access. So, whatever time i get , I utilize it in responding to discussions rather than starting one of mine. But i will seriously consider your point of starting a discussion in other interests when i get time to do so..
