Please go to settings/add/edit your interests, you would come to know what does it mean. There are some subjects, which are considered as a 'muture contents' and one must certify this, before reading/responding to those contents/posts. If you receive, such kind of notifications, please edit your preferences/interests, provided you are above 18 years of age.
