How do you usually relax?

I just doze doze and doze on sundays ,thats how i relax! And you mylotters?

I like to read, watch a movie. I also like to just go sit outside, look what's happening around me, or read a book outside. At times, going for a walk helps me relax. At times, I do a bit relaxation exercises.

I lay around and watch TV or read the newspaper. I enjoy sitting in my back yard and watching the birds around the feeders. I like to take my dogs to the park. Any day I'm not working is a relaxing day. lol
