Is it true that tea good for our body? What tea can really do to our body?

It is good because it has antioxidants and makes your heart stronger. It also has caffeine which can be used as a diuretic and help you lose weight when dieting and exercise.

Tea could refresh and revitalize me up it really true. I drink cold fresh black tea every time dehydrate come up to me. Supposed you have to drink natural tea without additives, such as preservatives or colorings. And it would have to be made from real tea leaves, so it could be contained protective antioxidants. Hydration is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tea is a great tasting way to get your necessary daily fluid intake.

I heard green tea is good for your health. My mom keep telling me to drink it and keep sending me the green tea from Japan. I try to drink them in the morning and at night.

Yes, it is, especially green tea, though I hear that white tea might be the best of the teas. It helps strengthen our immune systems, protects us from heart probs and diabetes, and helps us lose weight. And anything that does all of that, while still tasting great, is fine by me!

i've read about tea and coffee that both are really good for health. coffee is better than tea. but excessive intake of either drink is very harmful. so take it in right quantity and at right time. avoid excessive drinking.
