I read some months ago a book called The Amber Room by Steve Berry. I wasn't too sure about the author, but since it seemed interesting and had good review I bought it. It turned out to be a great thriller and an awesome read. I really like the principal characters, judge Rachel Cutler and her ex-husband Paul (lawyer). The go around Europe and Russia in a fast paced and entertaining book, full of history and action. If you like books like this I strongly recommend it. Has anyone else read this book? Did you like it?

My ex-boss was reading a Steve Berry book (probably this one) and he told me it's a good book, like The DaVinci Code. I was intrigued so I tried to look for the author at used-book stores, but I can't find any of his books. Just recently I was able to buy 2 of his books, The Amber Room and The Alexandria Link. I haven't read any of them yet since I have still a lot of books in my to-read pile, but I am excited to start reading it. He is also a new author for, I usually collect books by Jeffery Deaver and James Patterson. Hopefully Steve Berry becomes a new favorite!
