How bad do you get it each month? What do you get? and what do you take for pain? For me, I get super tired and feel exhausted and no matter how sleep I get..I'm still tired. I'm VERY easily annoyed or pissed off.. just looking at me wrong could make me wanna snap on you. I get moody and sometimes i think i feel depressed. I'll start craving certain foods. I am usually pretty lucky at not getting cramps (thank god) that is one kind pain I can not stand but if i do get them.. I will take pamprin or ibuprofen. They both work great at relieving my pain. It all really sucks! I feel (as i'm sure a lot of others do too) that I have NO control over those things. especially the emotional side of it..

Sameroad, you do not have to suffer with these symptoms! I had for years but as I entered into menopause I found a hormone balancing cream that has totally taken all of those symptoms away! What is happening is that your body is low on Progesterone not Estrogen. Go to www.johnleemd.com and look around at his articles. He had done research and has found that most women that suffer from PMS type of symptoms are actually lacking in Progesterone and it can be controlled! I use a great product called PhytoProlief by Arbonne and it is totally natural and has no animal by products or never was tested on animals. I love it and it really works! Go to www.nomorehotflashes.myarbonne.com and take a look at the hormone balancing creams. If you would like to try it send me a message and I can help you with that!

That is cool. I have super sensitive so I'm not sure if I could use something like that on my skin though. but I will look into it, thanks!

It is all natural and much better for you than any hand cream that you might use! There is a product ingredient list on the myarbonne site.
