Free Blog/Web-hosting

I want to start a new web-zine type thing, and I'm looking for websites or blog sites where it can be hosted. I would like to find something like Blogger, where it's FREE, you can post ads and can update/post new stuff it easily... Can anyone share if they know a website like this?

I personally use blogger. I like it because of the ease of using it. Its straightforward approach, is good and makes the whole experience pleasurable. Its easy to customize it with adverts, widgets and banners, and you can update the blog as often as you want just by logging in to your blogger account.
