i just heard the line of the song being played in my playlist shuffle, "this is my time to shine, this is my place to find, all that i have inside that I never knew..." ( it's one of the songs included in the soundtrack of Princess Diaries 2). I think or I knew college will always store lots of surprises (and lots of things to fear) but i just proved to myself that it's a time for everyone and to anyone, well, to shone on their own. on their own because college is more of an individual survival (of course, there are still friends but most of the work will be done by you). College life has helped me know myself more, the strengths that I can use as a show off and front, and the weaknesses that I need to work on for some improvement or some development. Well, I can't say that I have already soared in the sky of our university shining down on my fellow students but I hope I'm now making my way there. Then, in my way to soar up there, in God's own perfect time. I know I'll be able to say that I did SHINE somehow.

College life for me at first, was very difficult. I'm one and half hour away from my school so I have to commute everyday. But then it helped me a lot because I learned how to become independent. I have lots of friends including those from different majors. I hope just like me, you can also feel that kind of warmth and enthusiasm. Of course , there will be a lot of obstacles that you will encounter but then I know you can make it. Just keep in mind that it isn't only for your own future that you have to study harder but also because of your parents who sacrificed a lot for you to be able to put you on a good school.
