Life can be good, life can be grand, then later it can come back and bite you in the a$$!!!!!! LOL It sux right now..not only are the gas prices going up...up...up and away!!! but we are increasing our impending and inevitable doom as a species....HAHAHHAHAHA! wouldnt you know...maybe God is trying to tell us something by the raise in gas prices that ...WE SHOUDLN'T BE DOING THIS!!!!! Look at what we are doing to our planet, the only place in the universe that we know of so far that is accommodating to life as we know it... find another form of fuel... F*@#% the oil companies.....they have enough to retire on....because we have given them what we have saved up to retire on ourselves... If I could come up with an alternate fuel source we could start using right now, I would, but I am not that smart..lol Sorry I have had a bad day...

Yes, I can see you are having a bad day. The statistics report that anyone who has a car is in the top 3% of wealthy people in the world. In other words, if you have a car you are very, very fortunate. Gas prices are astronomical, I agree with you. Yes, the oil companies are make millions and millions of dollars on the unsuspecting (or maybe they already know) public. There are hybrid cars that use less gas and use electronic or solar power. Those particular cars are expensive, but they will come down in price. Just think about this... the first VCR my father bought, he paid $725 and the thing weighed a ton. It had a top loading mechanism and the remote control to it was attached to a cord to reach the chair or couch. VCRs these days are almost obsolete, but you can still buy one for a few dollars and carry it in one hand. As for having a bad day, try to look at things from a different perspective. Believe it or not, it really does work help turn your whole day around. Just a suggestion. Best of luck and I hope tomorrow is better. Mel

Just because I have a car doesn't mean much..really, I am lucky...my grandfather paid for my car I have now, so I am greatful that I don't have car payments to make every month for it...like I used to with the car that I busted my a$$ for and lost in an accident...that was painful!!!So that is why my grandfather paid for this car I have now. and I am lucky nothing has happened to this one, if it did I would be royally screwed...And it wasn't new when I got it, it was used, though it just had one other owner before me...so the cost wasn't as much as it would have been if it was brand new. So your statistics are a little off...cuz I am by far not wealthy at all... any one who can afford a hybrid car or electric car would be considered wealthy in a sense
