what makes a good teacher? what makes a good student?

In my opinion, what makes a good teacher is when the teacher is devoted to giving the student the best possible education they can have and ensure that all the subjects in the syllbus are taught. i have found that many teachers now don't really seems to care about their students, just the money they can make. As for what makes a good student, there is really no ansewer ot that since everyone learns at their own pace.
