Do you wanna stay healthy?

Do you know how to choose healthy food? Many people say that eating lots of chocolates can make a person fat! I guess it is really true but I can't avoid it because I love chocolates!!! According to what I have read that we need to eat a lot of grains, like rice and bread every day. I was wondering how many bowls of rice do I have to eat every day? :( We also need to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits because they are good for our bodies. Hhmmm...I like this part because I love to eat vegetables like carrots, cucumber, lettuce and spinach. For fruits - I like bananas! We need to eat some protein every day - which is good because I drink milk every day, I love fish, cheese and eggs! The last part it says, dessert is delicious but we need to be careful - I guess I need to try not to eat a lot of chocolates... :( Oh well, I want to stay healthy, so I need to choose healthy food! :)

Chocolate is awesome, I agree. Remember that it is okay to have a bit of it each day, but you've got to limit yourself. Tell yourself that if you want the chocolate you've got to do something like exercising for it. Get a step counter and set goals for each day and tell yourself that's how many steps you need before you can allow yourself to reward yourself.

Thanks Brokenchords. I will try to convince my friends that we need to excercise. Hope they will accompany me... :)
