According to me leadership is not about profile or position. Leadership is everybody’s business. It is for men, women and children. It is for families, business and communities. It is for us.....for you. In today’s world we need a good leadership now. We need people of all ages from all backgrounds to take advantage of the myriad of opportunities that exist to make a difference. We all possess the capacity for leadership, but only those who cultivate it will ever become truly effective leaders. By providing articles, putting up discussion to motivate leadership, we should encourage others to develop the leader in them — to become an active participant in shaping your future and the future of others.

I believe I am a leader. I lead my family, as my husband is very disabled. My daughter is a teen and much parental leadership takes place there. I lead here by making referrals and presenting myself in a respectable manner. So yes, I have leadership skills. Do you?

Many professionals use their heads to rise to the top. But adding heart and emotion can make a difference when it comes to achieving business and personal objectives...But i believe that i have the potential to use my emotions and heart to lead. To lead one to should be Self-knowing and have potential to take initiatives...i always initiated plans right from school to college. I have the ability to build relationships with others through empathy, listening and authentic connection as the ingredients to be a leader one should be a good listener, excellent observer, expressiveness. Being present and plugged in, you’ll work more effectively and hear and implement good ideas.
