Medical Transcription?

Do any of you do this from home? Who did you take your program though and is it worth paying the money for the program to do this from home? Can you support yourself on the income? how much do you make monthly?

My mother does medical transcription from home. She was self taught. But there are plenty of good programs out there that won't break your bank. Even ones you can take online. I don't know how much my mom makes monthly. But she averages about 16,000 a year part time.

thanks I signed up for a online course and go through one lesson already. It has nice low monthly payments. I really think I can do this and stay home with my daughter. Daycare is so expensive. I can support my family off this. Wish me luck! Thanks.

I am thinking of taking this course and I do have friends who have done this from home and are very successful which is also what sparked my interest to do it. I have been in the medical field for 18 plus years and due to my health and us moving soon it is time for me to find something I can do at home and still help support all our bills we have. I have done some research online and hopefully with the companies I am going to pick maybe I won't get scammed and that it will be something I can get trained in. Thanks for starting this topic hopefully more will share their opinions too.
