Subscribers Outside US should be allowed to enter McMahon 1 million dollar cont

A lot of people outside the US are subscribing and watching Raw every week.Sometimes we also subscribe for the pay per view Main Event like Wrestlemania and Judgement Day.Why can't we enter the contest??? McMahon is giving away 1 million dollar.Does a overseas call is too costly or difficult to call?

If Mr McMahon can not afford a 2 minute call to Canada to inform me I have won some money,then have him call collect!I will accept the charges!!Probably because of a tax problem would be why other countries are not eligible for the contest.I went to the page right away BEFORE they announced you had to be a resident of the US to enter.I am sure there is a logical explanation for this(just like Undertaker being banned from all of WWE but is wrestling with Smackdown in Australia right now).
