Hello,Rozie! I am a vegetarian,and hence i like to drink milk and eat other milk products,like cheese,yogurt,etc.but since in my area good milk is not available I depend on cheese and yogurt.only yogurt meets about 50%of my daily calcium requirements.my daily intake of yogurt is two cups.besides,leafy vegetables provide us some calcium.so i take leafy vegetables daily in my lunch.thanx.
