A couple more very important factors that are missing are the determination to succeed, because without it all the visions etc will not help you succeed. Also planning is very important, and that includes where you want to go, how you want to do it and when.

U r right but there r many other factors r too important.
I think that if u want to bceome successfull in ur life then do each and every work on the time and work hard and be sincere and honest as "Honesty is the best policy." It is too said, "Early rising is the key to success." A person should have determination and should work hard for achieving his/her goal instead of changing targets.
