I have to loose a lot of weight for wrestling, around 15 to 20 pounds, right now i weight 145 i need to weight 130 before November, what do you recommend i do in terms of dieting and exercise? Does anyone have any good and healthy diets to share? If sooo please do, any help is appreciated :) !
