Secrets are :eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush all toxins it will be garrantee.. see you in 3 months,good luck

I am not very happy because I don't look the way I want to look.......but I am not even sad because now I am 48, almost half century.....

Try this exercise ..lay on your back put your legs up and down for 20 times a day that will help ....

Yes, I would change a few things about myself that I could. Nothing really requires surgery but I wish it would stay that way once I changed it. I would like my hair a normal lighter brown color, to always be a size 7(unless pregnant), longer hair, strong and unbreakable nails, and perfect skin. That's not that bad is it? I never think of these answers to this question unless I'm asked. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with what God has given me.

Yes, to have self esteem is a great thing, but it didn't happen overnight. I had to work on being happy with me and who I am even if people didn't like me.

honestly, im kinda contented with the way i look.. there are times that i wish that i was much prettier and beautiful.. but i realized that i should be thankful and contented with what God has given me.. i am fine with my face, what i just dont like about myself is my height and my weight.. lol
