For Unresolved Discussions, 0-response Discussions, Ratings...

This weekend, I'll be choosing the best responses from my unresolved discussions. So please feel free to visit my discussions and leave a response, if I happen to like your response then it is possible that you'll receive the best response for my topic. Also, if you have 0-response discussions please inform me so I can visit them this weekend. I would also be giving "+" ratings to my respondents if they are good. If I don't see any effort for the response then I'll simply not rate it, I don't give away "-" ratings.
This is a simply way of helping people on the myLot community and at the same time helping myself too. I'll visit this discussion every now and this discussion every now and then so if you need any help or anything regarding response, leave a comment or response.

Congradulations.. Thanks for the informations..Also according to me, i used to unresolve my discussion with frequent interval, and also every one should have some "Zero" response discussion out the discussions started by themselves.. I am also one among them.
Regarding the Rating, I used to rate everyone who respond to my discussions, and also the discussion which i have responsd, as "+" Positive, even if any of them start/respond the discussion which may not to be upto my satisfaction or not pertaining to the discussion topic, i just leave it as it is.. I will not mark either "+" Positive or "-" Negative rating.. this is my usual practice
You try to resolve your discussions at frequent interval, this will help you to, that need not spend more time exclusively for that, if you do the same on every day, for 10 or 15 minutes, this will become so, burder like others..
Because yesterday i found one of the discussion raised by our friend, that she was resolving the discussion, asking whether she is wasting time by marking the B/R to the members..? Since she accumulating the discussion, she feels like that, so, if you clear it at regular interval, it will be easy for you..

. I really have a lot of back tracking work to do, not that they are so many, I seldom create one anyway but I have to re-read them all over again feel the beat and resolve them. I should at least reduce it if I can finish them all. Good luck to us friend.

Hi selece!Thanks for the info.I myself still have some unresolved discussions.Good if you can check it out and if it gets your attention and have something to say then comment on it,that'll be very much appreciated.
As to the rating....actually i have started rating all the response to my discussions.I also give positive ratings (never negative) to responses to show my appreciation.
