I posted a discussion a little while ago within the past 2 weeks about my broken Wii. Something was wrong with some drive and it quit reading the disc. So last Monday we shipped it off via Fed-Ex it was gone until yesterday when UPS delivered it. It is all fixed up and the children are playing it currently without the same problem. They sent a new warranty that covers what they just fixed for another year! Yay! They were also nice and cleaned the machine (I have never cleaned it other than wiping the dust off of it). So even though they did not make it public about this issue, they did stand behind their product and fixed us right up! Now, if they could just pass this along to Jeep and have them stand behind their product I would be so happy! Thanks for responding to my previous post! Just wanted to give you an update!

I posted a discussion about my Wii and of all the response no one complained of this issue but while talking to Nintendo they acted like this was very common. Just keep your box and manual and also fill out your registration card. If it starts acting funny call them right away! They are a great company. They did make us very happy.
