Hello my MYLOTTERS friends can you please assist me. I leave my computer for three days and come back to see that it has a adhere virus that they say is caused by zango. Norton says that they cannot take it off with the free scan. Personal I am broke. Do you know of a virus free software that can talk this off. I am also using AVG and it does not tell me about this virus. My computer keep shutting down by it self. Thanking you all in advance.

there is this really good one that might help it's called avast home edition, it's free and its a very good antivirus. hope it works

Oh so sorry, I don't know but I don't use Norton.
I like Mcafee, and it is pretty good and so far no virus.
Did you know where you got your virus from? Keep track on whcih site you visit because even if you took it off, it can come back.
It is lucky that you did not get one that completely wiped your computer clean and crash.

That is so true God was on my side. The xscan that I did tell me that it was the funicards site but I don't go there. I wasn't at home so I figure that it is my elder sister who use the computer. She lock it and I didn't. I always know when someone uses my things or enter my room. I am so glad that I come into mylot that day. I have gain so much information since.
My smaller sister is the one that gave me this computer and I don't want anything to happen to it. She gave me a lock so next time will be locking it up.

If anything is not working.Tell me I'll give you a Mcafee but PM me.If you could restore your computer it should work fine I believe.
