this is called kinilaw. a filipino food... i havent eaten this for a year now :( its a raw fish with onions, ginger, venigar, chili. my mouth is watering whenever i think of this food

believe me it is so good when you eat it with big red pepper with coconut sap. mmmmmmm i like the way its been made.
