High Paying PTC Websites

I am just curious if any of those high dollar pay to click sites are legit? I found one that supposedly pays you $100-$200 for each email you view? They have PTC's on the member page that supposedly pay the same amounts when you view a page for only 40-90 seconds. How can this be possible? Sure, the payout amounts are set high at $15,000 but it doesn't take long for them to add up to that much with all they have listed for you to click. I just don't know how these could not be scams. The one in particular I looked over was Lovebird-mails.com. Does anyone out there know anything about these?

Everybody always tells me that they are fake, and not to believe them. I have been a member of these sites before, and they say that they are not real. I never received payout with the ones, that I have reached payout with. I requested my payment over and over. But still, no one responded to me. Reaching a payout so fat has to be bogus! Especially when the payout is so high to reach.. You know that something has to be fishy here.

That's what I was thinking! Or else we'd all just sit at home and be filthy stinkin rich!LOL! Now, I have been paid by a couple of companies that it took forever to even make a $30 payout for. But, I've never heard of anything like this! Thanks for your input!
