And, how do you know when your body is telling you what it needs? We all have cravings, I feel that these cravings are our body telling us what it needs. Sometimes what our body graves is not always good for us; why? Example: My body graves breads and other carbohydrates. I know our body needs some for energy, but sometimes my body can't get enough. And, I know I don't need that many carbs because of weight gain. Some people grave ice, that's a sign that their blood is low and need iron. Here lately my body graves fruits! Mostly bananas. I know that bananas have a lot of potassium. My one down fall is that I don't always listen to my body. 1- maybe because fruit is so high I can't afford it. (I do buy bananas almost everyday, thou.) I know other fruits have things in them that your body needs, but haven't took the time to look them up. 2- I may grave something that I don't normally like. Why in the world would my body do that? When I was pregnant with my little girl I graved bologna. I have never liked it, but I did eat it. I can't eat it now. I still hate it, but when I pregnant with her, it didn't bother me. 3- I know some of the things are bad for me. Even thou my body graves caffeine and I give in to that, but some of the others like carbs, I try to stay away from. But, sometimes the graving gets so bad that I have to give in. I do eat wheat bread and try to eat very little. So, what about you? How well do you listen to your body? Is it always good for you? Thank you! & Have a wonderful day!

Yeah I have heard that too. I do listen to my body however, because I do believe that if we take care of our bodies, our bodies will take care of us. When it is that time of the month for me, i try to up my iron intake to replace what I have loss so to speak. I don't liek plain water, so I try to drink flavor water. I also eat a lot of fruits, pineapples are my favorite followed by mangoes. When I am sick, or starting to feel ill, I know it is my body saying slow down, so I try to get some rest and relaxation time.
