Hey! I saw your Final Fantasy VIII response, and thought, "Wow! A kindred spirit!" So many people don't appreciate that game for what it really is, because they just don't give it a chance! Anyway, I think Final Fantasy XII is rivalling it right now...it's pretty amazing.
However, I think my very favorite game of all time is Earthbound for the SNES. It's got all the components of an RPG that I love.

I agree with you. Many did not like it because it was also a love story. I also have played earthbound and I thought it was a great game as well!

i love NFS(need for speed)series and also maxpayne....i am a third person shooter fan also role playing

i play rpg games a lot
shadow hearts, tales of legendia, radiata stories.
i really love rpg games..nothing beats the feeling when u see the character going stronger as they grew their levels

I think everybody would have a lot of favourites but I agree with you. Super Mario Bros. 3 was a very gratifying game indeed.

The best game ive played so far is Madden NFL 07 because im a huge football fan. It's my favourite sport.
