Who or what wakes you up in the morning?

Who or what causes you to get out of bed and start the day? Is it alarm clock or your body clock? Or maybe someone who lives with you such as your spouse, friend, mother, brother, sister, etc, it can also be the noisy neighbor or the dogs barking. Anyway what makes me wake up is my mother saying that it is time for breakfast. That is a really nice way to wake up. Alarm clocks are no use for me because I just shut them off if I am still sleepy.

Hello,misshoney! I need nobody's help to get me awake in the morning.the body's alarm clock rings up repeatedly to make me awake daily just at the same time daily.thanx.

Everyday, I need a cellular phone alarm or my husband to help me wake up, cause I often too late for go to bed. I must prepare my breakfast in the morning.

I wake up pretty much exactly on time every morning, except weekend mornings. My body clock is pretty well trained. LOL !
