Have you ever posted a job ad online?

I just open up but did not apply. I have a permanent job and this is alright with me. Besides I am not that young to look for a new job.

Dear friend, I had not yet posted any still I do have seen many my relatives and friends doing so and few them had got good jobs too. I do also appreciated the advancement of technology and on the other side I hope in our places or may be in remote areas more of usage of online facilities awareness should be given and may a better class or workshops etc could be more helpful. The lack of awareness might be lacking in this usage of these good options.
