I have just been transferred from a new assignment and with it comes a new boss. At first, i had such great respect and loyalty, as we went along, i noticed some inconsistencies with his management skills, if he has any, that i was starting to get confused with his decisions. At one point, he made a decision contrary to the moral principles of the company, of course i understand about people having different mamaging styles, but this is completely against my principles as a person, and as one representing the company we work for. I was "dubbed" as somebody who "acts-as-if-i-am-the-boss", but i was just defying my boss because to my knwledge it is wrong. Should I stop because my boss should be always right?

bosses have a role to play. keeping their team tight so they are using techniques and words which are not palatable for most of us. there may be lot of difference in opinion but in official hierarchy one must follow the leader. no serious tags attached.
