My friend changes when her boyfriend is around

My friend was recently asked out a few weeks ago. Whenever her boyfriend shows up to say hi to her like at recess or lunch she suddenly changes. She doesn't talk to any of us, but if she does it is either a simple answer like yes or no. But i can understand why she doesn't talk to us while he is there though, because there not in the same grade, they have to spend as much time as they can together. But sometimes if she does talk to us she says harsh comments to us. These comments really hurt our feelings, and I know this isn't the real her. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i might be able to do, because each day she is becoming meaner with her comments. Please help! kind regards, Mellyy

i'm also a bit like that. the reason why is that because my boyfriend's the possessive type. he doesn't wanted me to talk to some of my friends and he only wants my attention only to him. but even though i'm a bit like that, i don't get to a point that i get meaner to my friends. when my boyfriend's not around, they see the real clumsy and noisy me. but if my boyfriend's around, they would just see me like a behave 5 year old kid lol but i still do some chit chats on them. better tell your friend about the way she talks to you since i think she's not that very aware of the things that she said on all of you

hmm that's a pretty weird one. i guess you should try approaching her boyfriend first then ask him if he notice the sudden change the way he treated you guys. i hope this helps

i had the same situation before. my bestfriend changes when her boyfriend is around. she doesn't talk to us, it's like she and her guy is the only person in the world at the moment. they ignore us. so, what we usually do is that we separate ways. like for example at the malls, we will go in different directions. When the time she will text us, sometimes we will not reply. because she will only call/text us when she needed us and when her sweetie pie is not anymore around.:(

it is to impress upon the new boy friend.new relation and she wants to come up as the goody goody girl in his presence. you are the old timers and perhaps she doesnt mind if all of you are lost and she gets her favorite b/f . well life is like that..
