What kind of exercises do u think is more popular and effective nowadays?

Hello,..... Go for a walk for at least 30 minutes.in daily life, ensure physical activities whenever possible,like,take stair case instead of lift.if possible avoid going to short distances in car or bike ,instead use a cycle.besides,you have to remain on diet to keep yourself physically fit.only exercise or only diet can't help you to be fit.both goes together.so do the needfuls right from now.thanx.

I use a stationary bike and go outside and walk. I really hate to exercise on the bike but I have to do it. The walking I don't mind, I love to walk and can walk very long distances.

You do some normal exercises which can easily do it, go for morning walk and after come back your home just relax some time after that you do some yoga for good health, don't forget to do "pranayam" which is the most important in yoga.

How about yoga?I think it is a effective way to keep fit.If you exercise more,you will find the result of it is very good!!I also think running is good for our health,as well as swimming.
