what is our remedy for a bad boy?

there was this man who lives in my community in Jamaica he was making trouble,getting into other peoples business's,and he was always saying bad things about people. He likes to make trouble with the disabled especially the elderly. He has a weak spot though he drinks a lot and he is always getting drunk. So one day he went to his favorite spot to hang out and to get a drink,some females came up to him and offered him a drink, i don't know what they did but he wanted to go to the restroom so badly but due to his drunkenness he did not make it in time so he defecated on himself. i haven't seen him since or heard of him. if you were in the position to teach him a lesson would you resort to that?
