I loved reading Agatha Christie as I was growing up. I still have quite a few books of hers right now and I read them often. I love those kind of books.

It's a long time since I read Agatha Christie but what I remembered most was the plots, which can not be faulted the same with Sherlock Holmes although I preferred them to the Agatha Christie novels. Even though they are set in the past the murder mysteries are as good as anything being written today. I've not seen the movie Spanish Prisoner though.

I've read a lot of Agatha Christie's novels, and read a bit of Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes. I've really enjoyed reading from both authors. The story of their books and short stories are very intriguing and captivating.

I'm starting the complete Holmes collection I borrowed from my Cuz. I may check out Christie after I finish that... Christie fans, have you seen the Doctor Who episode "The Unicorn and the Wasp" - ? I DO think you'd like it very much! :) Hmm, I wonder if it would be as exciting if the Doctor got to meet Sir Doyle?

i've read a compilation of agatha cristie's books from our school library, but i like sherlock holmes' better. they don't just deal with murders but more of mysteries and mind baffling plots

Oh yes! I love mystery stories. I collect A. Christie especially Hercule Poirot's cases. My favorite so far is Poirot's last case, Curtain. If you're looking for modern detective stories, I suggest Patricia Cornwell. :)
