I never thought of taking the surveys found on the receipt of Panda Express. However, since I started doing surveys via online I realize this is another form of surveys. I took the 1 minute survey via phone, wrote down the code and the next time I was a Panda I gave them my old receipt with the code written. And suprisingly enough I got my free 3rd iten combo. It was worth $1.25 for my 1 minute time. It was great and now I pay extra attention to thos survey found on receipts more often. I received a can of baby formula, a make up kit, free recipe and other small items that I don't remember anymore. But they were all free.
