So yesterday I was out walking my dog, and I went down to this little grassy area. It's right on the street, near a MARTA bus stop. People are always at the bus stop, but usually never notice me. Well yesterday was a different story. As I am waiting for Carmen to do her business, this lady comes up to the fence and says "Ma'am?" Me: Yes? Lady: Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to apologize for talking loudly on my phone the other day. Me: What? Lady: Oh, that wasn't you. Me: I don't think so. Lady: Well the other day I was out here and some girl was walking her dog, and I was yelling on the phone, and I heard that girl say I needed to go back to the ghetto. I wanted to tell her that not all black people are from the ghetto! I live in a very nice neighborhood!... Me: I'm sorry. Lady: The only reason why I'm taking the bus is because gas prices are too high. Me: I completely understand. Lady: I just cannot believe racism still exists! It is ridiculous! Me: I know. Lady: ..Sorry to bother you.. I was very taken aback by all that and just wanted to share what happened. Any one else have any crazy stories from walking their dog?

That is an interesting one. I don't think I can think of anything similar at the moment, but if I do, I will come back to this post. Might do so anyway just to see how others respond to it.
