AdSense Revenue Sharing Sites

I have heard about them I'm not sure if they are perfectly legal with Google and don't violate the AdSense TOS. Is it really ok to sign up with them? Won't it jeopardize my AdSense account?
Anyone here earning from those sites? Can anyone recommend quality adsense revenue sharing sites?
