PayPal Verification

I am from india.. The procedure is like this..: Once you have opened the paypal account by using your E-mail id, you have to veryfy your account my using the Credit or Debit Card numbers, this is purely for the genuinity of your address and the ID proofs.. The paypall account is also act as a Bank account know.. so, this needs to be verified.. For this service, paypal will charge $1.75, and the same will be debited to the Credit Card/Debit card, what ever you have given for referrence. and the same $1.75 will get credited to your Paypal account with in 2 days from the date of activation of your account. Regarding the Payment received from mylot is concern, the same will be credited to your paypal account, if you link your bank account with your paypal account, you can very well transferred the same to your bank account, as your local currency. (the bank may charge a nominal fee around 1 or 2 dollar for this service.) This is the entire system of the paypal's credit and withdrawals.
