Most people are very particular with their health. But staying healthy is not really a problem. All you need is self descipline. You should know your limitation not to the extend of deprieving yourself. Good sleeping habits, eating the right kind of food, exercise,drinking 8 or more glasses of water can make you healthy. Of course refraining from drinking alcoholic beverages and smokimg. Alcohol and smoking decreases our body metabolism. It just weakend the body system and make us prone to all types of desesses. To be able to have a hgaelthy life always think the positive way!!!
